Free Form Sapphire Ring
This fine ring is a special one – it has a really unusual hand cut bi-colour Australian sapphire. This sapphire was fossicked (unearthed) and cut in Australia but the team at Langford Gems & Lapidary in the quaint little town of Harndorf, South Australia.
With care and attention Laura has taken this stunning sapphire and set it into 9 carat rose gold. She has used an organic setting with soft edges to offset the angular form of the stone, giving the stone maximum light to sparkle.
It comes with it’s own special care instructions and is packaged in a handmade wooden box made by the New Zealand company at GIVE. These guys make beautiful bespoke wooded jewellery boxes for Coral Covey that are made from sustainable forest woods with care, quality and workmanship.

” I love and admire that sustainability and the environment are quintessential parts of the ethos at Coral Covey. I have purchased several pieces from Laura for myself and as gifts. I LOVE her classic, elegant and clever designs. Laura is a consummate professional and a skilled designer and jeweller.”
“Laura worked with my husband to design my engagement ring and I was struck by how she got it all so right without consulting me at all. It is beautiful, unusual and incredibly special to me. I now own a number of Coral Covey pieces. I’m an official superfan!”
“I was introduced to Coral Covey through friends as I was looking for a gift for my sister, Cara. Not being a wearer of jewellery myself I loved the elegance of Laura’s work. I purchased the Folded Form Earrings and my sister loved them! I highly recommend Coral Covey for anybody looking for unique design with expert craftsmanship”
