Amy, her partner and their gorgeous wee boy approached Laura at The Rose Street Artist Market, where Laura has a weekend stall. They started talking about creating their very own custom-made ring. Together with Laura, they chose the stones and designed the ring.
Amy selected one blue and one green Australian sapphire (in varied sizes/cuts) to represent her and her partner and a single ochre coloured diamond to represent their son. Laura even incorporated a small space into the design for the next possible addition to their family.
A single word is engraved on the inside of the ring. A special secret for the lovely couple. Handmade in 100% recycled 18 carat classic yellow gold, all stones are certified ethically sourced.
Laura packages all her custom rings with their own special care instructions and packages them up in a handmade wooden box made by the New Zealand company at GIVE. These guys make beautiful bespoke wooded jewellery boxes for Coral Covey that are made from sustainable forest woods with care, quality and workmanship.

“I was lucky enough to have my very special ring made by Laura at Coral Covey Jewellery, and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I first saw her jewellery at Rose St Market and was immediately in love with her jewellery styles.
Laura was great with communication during the design process and patient with me as I tried to pick out my stones. The ring was made in great time and presented wonderfully.
I am absolutely over the moon with my ring, and every time I catch a glimpse of it, it makes me smile for what it represents to me.” – Amy Withers
