Michael and Annelou met on the tropical reef of northern Queensland whilst on a snorkelling holiday. Both had travelled from different parts of the world, but this chance meeting was the start of their greatest adventure yet. Michael told Laura this beautiful story when they sat down in her studio to design a special ring for Lou in secret.
For this ring, Michael wanted to capture elements of the sea in which they met. Waves of Australian sapphires rise up to encompass this stunning Australian Argyle champagne diamond, creating a feeling of movement. The stones are set in four and six prong organic claw settings to the band of 100% recycled and refined 18-carat classic yellow gold. Congratulations you lovely two – may your next adventure be as fun as the tropical sea!

This ring came gift packaged in a wooden box made by the New Zealand team at GIVE. These guys make special bespoke wooden jewellery boxes for Coral Covey from sustainable forest woods with care, quality and workmanship.
Laura also includes an authenticity certificate with every ring, detailing the carat and quality of the precious stones and metal as well as special care instructions.
