Jodie inherited a heirloom ring from her grandmother, featuring a stunning round cut white diamond that she wanted to breathe new life into. Meeting with Laura in person, Jodie shared her vision for this special remake.
As a horticulturist with a deep connection to nature, Jodie envisioned a ring that would celebrate her journey, career, and relationship with the natural world. She designed this piece with the intention of passing it down as an heirloom to her two daughters. To represent them, she selected two gorgeous oval cut Australian green sapphires, each unique yet similar in size.
To create a sense of harmony with nature, the stones are surrounded by intricately hand-engraved leafy details, making the gems feel immersed in branches and foliage. Jodie specifically requested native Eucalyptus leaves, ensuring the design was both leafy and organic while remaining smooth and comfortable for everyday wear.
Crafted from 100% recycled 18-carat white gold and rhodium plated for a bright finish, this bespoke ring beautifully combines Jodie’s heritage with her love for nature.

This ring came gift packaged in a wooden box made by the New Zealand team at GIVE. These guys make special bespoke wooden jewellery boxes for Coral Covey from sustainable forest woods with care, quality and workmanship.
Laura also includes an authenticity certificate with every ring, detailing the carat and quality of the precious stones and metal, as well as special care instructions.
