A ring with asymmetry as the central highlight
Samantha and Sally got in touch with Laura to discuss a special engagement ring with a symmetry like no other. They were interested in a hexagon cut white diamond as the centrepiece of the ring, but the subtleties of the asymmetry were a task that took all three. During their consultation Laura was able to create a mock-up of how the ring would appear with the precious stones set into the band. After some trial and error, they found the perfect balance.
The central stone is a stunning hexagon cut diamond. Nestled beside it is an Australian champagne diamond, an heirloom diamond and a green Australian sapphire. The stones are set into the band using Laura’s signature organic claw settings. The half round profile band is made from 100% recycled and refined rose gold and features a subtle faceted texture. This ring came gift packaged in a wooden box made by the New Zealand team at GIVE. These guys make special bespoke wooden jewellery boxes for Coral Covey from sustainable forest woods with care, quality and workmanship.
Laura also includes an authenticity certificate with every ring, detailing the carat and quality of the precious stones and metal as well as special care instructions.
