When Teeyaam reached out to begin the design process, it was clear this ring needed to be more than just a beautiful piece of jewellery—it had to carry meaning. A tangible reflection of two lives, two cultures, and one shared story.
Teeyaam and Laura met over video chat to shape the design from afar, with Alexiane not involved in the process. During that first call, they covered most of the key decisions, with the finer details refined later via email, sketches, and reference images.
With Alexiane being French and Teeyaam Australian, his vision was to create something symbolic of their individual backgrounds. While the initial idea was to pair an Australian diamond with a French cut, the concept soon evolved into something even more visually expressive—a colour palette inspired by the French flag, representing not just where they come from, but the unity they’ve built together.
At the centre sits a 0.62ct round brilliant cut heirloom white diamond, framed by four side stones: two vivid American rubies and two Australian blue sapphires. Each of the four stones was chosen to represent an element of their connection: heart, mind, body, and soul.
Adding another layer of symbolism, Laura hand-engraved a French Platane leaf on one side of the ring, and an Australian Eucalyptus on the other. Delicate nods to their cultural roots and how they intertwine.
And tucked away on the inside of the band is something just for them: the GPS coordinates of where they first said “I love you”—a quiet keepsake of that unforgettable moment.
Crafted in 100% refined and recycled platinum and rhodium plated for a bright white finish, this ring is as thoughtful as it is beautiful. A personal tribute to love, connection, and the blending of two worlds.

This ring came gift packaged in a wooden box made by the New Zealand team at GIVE. These guys make special bespoke wooden jewellery boxes for Coral Covey from sustainable forest woods with care, quality and workmanship.
Laura also includes an authenticity certificate with every ring, detailing the carat and quality of the precious stones and metal as well as special care instructions.
